In the past the shop was still in good order, but meanwhile a shop where you throw up has almost reached the level of Bad Kreuznach. Something is forgotten all the time, the food is often cold and in the past you made the promotional prices directly during the promotions, or it is still done that way in other branches, not there. Then the shop can keep its food ...

Breakfast took forever and felt like it was 20 minutes in the Drive Inn. The bacon with egg was burnt and cold! never again!

One of the worst MC Donalds branches! For now 4 times on the MC Drive instead of BBQ sauce, sweet and sour packed. It's annoying when you arrive at home and sees it is just packed wrong every time. The fries are cold and the burgers are always topped so that everything lies on the sides in the box. Sorry but that was the last time today. Then I'd rather drive the few kilometers to Burger King.

For me one of the top McDonald's in the area! Modern, clean, fast and very nice and attentive staff! The plastic gloves on the easy orders are also great!

Yes the staff is always nice and friendly. And laugh even when I'm joking.

The McRib had hardly any sauce, and it was very very dry. My friend's burger had cheese, and he had ordered it without cheese. Today has been a total failure.

Absolute rip-off: € 3.50 for a sloppy fries. Dirty and dirty shop.

Unfortunately, the taste was not convincing and the service was rather tepid. You don't have to roll out the red carpet for me when I come, but a nice hello and a smile makes it easier to deal with. Rialto in Bingen is much more pleasant and the quality is completely different there.

French fries repeat only lukewarm and plentifully soft, that was just better in the past, the 'signature' burger was okay. Everything came to the table pretty quickly, I had to ask for napkins. Due to Corona, everything there seems a bit uncomfortable, the access to the outside area is now the only exit, a small queue at the entrance because you can only register there as a customer by name, but that is not the responsibility of the tenant.

Best Mc Donalds I know all employees super friendly gladly again

Just treated myself to a coffee. An "aunt" with a rag and disinfectant was walking around the whole time. As soon as someone got up, she disinfected the place! Top!

You just have to know how it works, otherwise you will be snubbed. The fact that it is fast and still warm is the only advantage ...

Drive thru is quick but at the price of not recieving quality and having things forgotten. The food tasted like the oil was from last month. Not a mcdonalds to return to. But when your hungry its still mcdonalds.

Always happy here at the rest area. It tastes good and you can get there quickly. Also has vending machines to order. The negative is that the order pickup ad didn't work.

Poor customer service and long time waiting for one simple sandwich burger even without queue. I suggest to choose another fast food in the area

Good fast-food chain outlet with good variety of food, beverages and desserts. - Vegetarian burger available - Eat in as well as takeaway - Indoor as well as outdoor seating - Ordering screens as well counter orders can be placed - Table service (quite quick and efficient, served hot) - I ordered coke without ice and this was the first McDonald's where they kept my order in mind and didn't add ice - Great for travellers for a quick break - Clean washrooms available - Play area for children

Waited close to 20 minutes for our breakfast. Our order number was moved into the “ready” category even though it clearly wasn’t ready. When we approached staff they seemed oblivious to the fact the order even existed.

Waited over 40 minutes for order to be started, not even ready.. unhelpful staff and many flies! Worst service ever!

I have been in many Mcdonalds restaurants but this one... absolutely the worst. We got uncooked burgers, burger without patty, drinks that tasted horrible and a looooong waiting line. If you dont have to eat here... go somewhere else. *edit* the McRib was good. Right amount of sauce.

15 min 2 Cheeseburger im drive

Very good service. Always friendly drive in. Chicken Nuggets almost always really nice and crispy. I only take out by drive in and they hardly made any mistakes with my orders. Fries could be more crispy and less fatty.
